  • Where the water is hit by the arms and pulled back, and this helps the body to move forward, in addition to moving the body up and down during practice.
  • Then the water is kicked with the legs, helping the body to move forward, while maintaining complete breathing while hitting the water, especially with the arm.

Breaststroke swimming is practiced for 30 minutes, helping to burn 200 calories in addition to improving the health of the body's muscles due to their sufficient movement in the water, including the chest muscles, hamstrings, thigh muscles and arms.

 Butterfly 

Butterfly is considered one of the most difficult types of swimming underwater, so beginners cannot do it, you must be well able to swim and then do this type.

This type of swimming requires great physical strength, because it requires moving the legs together with a strong kick called the "dolphin kick".

Then move the arms together, which helps to move the water forcefully down and back, thus pushing the body forward through the water.

In this type, you must adhere to bending the knees slightly and keeping them together, in addition to pulling the water with the hands backwards, and facing the palms outward while pressing down.

Finally, move the arms forward above the water to complete the single stroke that helps move in the water, and the body begins to breathe at the end of the arm stroke.
